We loved it all But it has to be said JAMES ( jamie)THE BAR MAN OVER ALL A TOP BLOKE. HE WAS outstanding 👏 👌 defo deserves promotion you need more men like this bloke his energy and overall attitude was 💯 percent I've worked hard over the last 3 years And was in need of some time out Well that happened beautiful place highly recommended a vist to this hotel WOW ONERSTLY Are stay was a amazing experience Food was excellent The hotel was excellent Staff were excellent we will be coming back JAIME THANK YOU AND RESPECT FROM ME AND THE WIFE AND FAMILY 3 star Hotel more like a 5 star 🌟Hotel

Staff were very cordial and friendly. From the moment we arrived and left, we had no reason to complain or worry about the services. Every requests we made were met with promptness and courteousness. Food is great and affordable, served in filling quantities and the service is timely. The VIK offer for out little man was the best! Dude could walk in to the bar/ restaurant area every day and get snacks for free, or meals for free too when an adult is eating!

The receptionist (initials, E.R.) deserves special mention. She was friendly and helpful and made us all feel welcome. It was great that the hotel.had so many electric car chargers! A little unfortunate that some shared their parking spaces with disabled bays. Having a pool, regardless of size, was my daughters favourite part, and the buffet breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

Breakfast was excellent and was much better than that available at the Holiday Inn Coquelles. The Meal we had on the Thursday night of our stay was good and the service very good. The staff were very hepful and really helped to make our stay more comfortable.

The staff especially the bar and cleaning staff were excellent. They could not have been nicer. I hope to go back next year for 8 nights to snooker in the ICC. The Holiday Inn is so close to the ICC.
